Who I am as a leader has been influenced by my time as a career coach, community leader, and solo traveler. 

Career coach

I advised over 150 women product designers in their job searches and careers.

I led 8 clients to career clarity and confidence through my 1:1 coaching program.

I coached 4 clients through the process of negotiating higher salaries by at least 30%. 

Community Leader

I built a supportive space for women product designers that were job searching in a challenging market.

I hosted free networking events to share tips and motivational personal stories with a 87% attendance rate. 

Solo Traveler

I solo traveled through Bali, Mexico, and Puerto Rico planning entire itineraries and problem solving every unexpected travel issue by myself and sometimes in Spanish :)
